Cutting Tools
Cutting Tools are precision cutting tools designed for making accurate crosscuts, miter cuts, bevel cuts, and compound cuts from a fixed support point.
These tools are commonly applied in interior decoration, furniture manufacturing, door and window frame processing, ceiling installation, and metal structure fabrication. Their cutting capabilities allow users to perform 90° crosscuts, angled miter cuts, bevel cuts, and compound cuts for a wide range of assembly and installation requirements.
By providing precise and clean cutting performance, miter saws help improve working efficiency and cutting accuracy. They are particularly suitable for projects that require consistent angles, smooth cutting surfaces, and reliable processing of decorative and structural components.
The core cutting functions include miter cutting with adjustable angles from 0° to 45° (up to 60° on selected models), bevel cutting with left or right head tilting, standard 90° crosscutting, and compound cutting that combines miter and bevel operations in a single cut. Applicable materials include softwood, hardwood, plywood, aluminum alloy profiles, and PVC pipes.
When processing aluminum materials, special tungsten steel blades, appropriate cutting speeds, and secure workpiece fixation are required. Ordinary woodworking blades should not be used for steel cutting to ensure safe and proper operation.
